“ Excellent homestyle breakfast and always wonderful service. Just like mom made! Went here for Easter buffet last time and it was excellent and easy to find location. ”
“ Let me start by saying Homemade polish food. Our friends from Tawas Michigan suggested we all try this place. It's just as I expected a quaint restaurant out of a home. Easy to get to off I 75 freeway. We settled on the smorgasbord all you can eat. Personally I went right to the chicken soup to start. Then the chicken cooked to perfection and yes I did eat several pieces. I didn't pay close attention to everybody else. Just focused on myself. We had a great day and oh did I mention homemade desserts. Wonderful! In conclusion don't be judgmental about the way a place looks trying new things is part of your life experiences. Happy Venturing. ”
“ Chicken Noodle Soup Fried Fish Fried Walleye Amazing service from a young man named Antonio, even went above and beyond after we were locked out of our vehicle waiting for wrecker. Thanks so much. ”
“ If youre looking for a old fashioned home cooked meal with people that are kind and welcoming, then come here, take off your hat and join the family. ”
“ Wait to Order: (5 of 5) -Check In... Walked into the building and seated immediately. -Waitstaff... The waiter came over right as we were seated and asked what our drink orders where and gave us menus. Restaurant Cleanliness: (4 of 5) -Building... The outside of the building was old but decorated with some nice Polish murals. The inside also felt a bit dated but was clean. -Table... The tables were older but clean. -Bathroom... Clean Atmosphere: (4 of 5) -Polish music was playing on the overhead speakers and they had two TV's on. One with a college football game on and the other looked to be Keno. Table Service: (5 of 5) -The service at the table was really good. The waiter and other waitstaff were very attentive to taking dishes we were done with and refilling our drinks. Food: (4 of 5) -My Order... Saturday Buffet & Soft Drink -Presentation... It was setup like a standard buffet with a glass cover/shield and warming lights and serving utensils. -Taste... I had many different items... Kielbasa & Sauerkraut, Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Pierogis, Fried Shrimp, Coleslaw, and Beef Meatballs & Gravy as well as taste of the Cheesecake, Apple Pie and Peanut Butter Pie... I would say all of these items had a decent flavor -Texture... All the food items were hot/warm and cooked. The deserts were stored on ice. Menu Prices: (3 of 5) -Ordered the "Saturday Buffet" which was about $21 per person + $2.50 soft drink. Overall it seemed to be a little over priced. Overall: (4 of 5) -This is a cute little place that is aging. Lots of history in the building and it even had a little market in the first part of the store that had candies, meats and Krzysiak t-shirts. The food was pretty good. Next time I may order from the menu though to see how the other "non-buffet" items taste. ”
